A report from the latest edition of the Milan Fashion Week
Things can get crazy during Fashion Week. Just look at what we’ve been through these last few days in Milano, for example. On Wednesday, we were at Brunello Cucinelli’s show, where we bumped into Eileen Gu. She is the most decorated freestyle skier in Olympic history and proved to us that she has learnt to speak Italian.
On the same day, we accompanied Denzel Dumfries to the Cavalli fittings, where he chose the perfect outfit for the show. Have you ever seen him smile? We do now. The day before that, we took a closer look at AC Milan’s new fourth kit, created in collaboration with Puma and Slam Jam, and met Luka Modrić in person.
Speaking of Fashion Week: Alessandro Del Piero was the guest of honour at the adidas Unexpected fashion show, where we also had the chance to speak with Davide Frattesi. Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo has bought a minority stake in Spanish club Almería, and we also mention him in our piece about Juventus’ red fonts over the years. At the Napoli City Half Marathon, adidas and nss edicola joined forces to turn running into culture. They did this by creating a dedicated t-shirt, holding a Shake Out City Run and setting up a cheering point during the event, as well as organising other activities.
